Swim Team Update - Mini Meets Next Week - please read

June 26th

In light of the ever-changing environment and the need to avoid large social gatherings, swim team has decided that in lieu of an inter-squad meet, we are going to change plans for next week.

We will host a series of mini-meets during your child’s practice time on Thursday, July 2, 2020.

We plan to run each practice like a traditional meet with timers, ribbons, the starter, etc.

We may need to combine or extend each practice time by several minutes to accommodate this. I will let you know as soon as I have firm plans. We plan to make them over this weekend.

Other plans for the week include:

  • Games
  • Treats
  • Other fun practices

Since we can’t have a team party, we’d like to make the last week fun for the kids.

Thank you for being flexible and supporting the swim team this season. I am so grateful we were able to have as much of the season as we did.
