First Home Meet of the Season!

(REMINDER - Plaza Oaks Half Lappers WILL swim at this meet)

PLEASE make sure Stephanie knows if your child will not be at the meet!

Here are several items you need to know about the meet: 

1) Our team seating area will be on the volleyball and basketball courts in the playground area. We will not need pop up tents for this meet.

2) Please remind your kiddos to stay with the team so we aren't having to hunt them down.

3) Please come prepared for a long evening. Bring the following items for your kiddos: goggles, cap (if desired), towel, chair, activities, snacks, drinks, and BUG SPRAY.

4) PLEASE DO NOT BRING OR CONSUME ALCOHOL at the meet. This is a league rule and we need to respect it.

5) PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON BRITTMOORE 

Here is the general outline for the meet:

•4:45 p.m.: Arrival time-set up team areas
•5:00 - 5:25 p.m.: Plaza Oaks team warm up
•5:25 - 5:50 p.m.: Wilchester team warm-up
•5:40 p.m.: Start lining the half lappers up, with swim helpers
•5:50 - 6:00 p.m.: Half lappers swim (Plaza Oaks Only)
•6:00 p.m.: Meet start time or as soon as the half lappers are finished

Concessions:
Don't forget to bring your bagged baked goods donations for the concession stand.

We will be serving grilled hamburgers, hotdogs, chips, nachos, candy, soda, waters, Gatorade and much more.
