This is an important email for volunteers. Especially volunteers who have not worked a swim meet before or if you haven't worked one in our league. Please also come if you need a refresher!

* We will have swim practice the morning of a meet. We will work with the kids on dives, relay starts, turns and other details to get ready to swim fast.
